CHLOE Sims showed off the incredible results of her new bum lift as she squeezed into skintight leggings to film Towie.
The reality TV star looked bootylicious as she arrived to work alongside good pal Gemma Collins in Essex.
Chloe went through a painful procedure to have her bum lift done, so she was keen to show off the fruits of her surgeon's labour by finding the tightest leggings possible.
Chloe, 35, ensured all eyes were on her as she arrived in the khaki coloured ribbed bottoms and wore a short leather jacket to show off her tiny waist.
The mother-of-one - who underwent the op after feeling "insecure" about her rear - showcased her impressive behind as she was joined by fellow Towie star Gemma.
Gemma, who is back dating on-off love James Argent again, was beaming as she arrived on set wearing a bright red jacket and blue jeans.
Chloe flew to Marbella in March to have the surgery done.
It's the second time Chloe has undergone this procedure, previously having had a £4,500 bum lift in 2012.
The surgery involves removing fat from one area of the body, and using it to reshape the bum.
At the time , she revealed: "Even before I was in The Only Way Is Essex, I was surrounded by gorgeous girls with hourglass figures. Mine felt unsexy and boyish in comparison."

"I tried everything possible to overcome my body insecurities. I wore certain clothes to make my bum look bigger and even wore knickers with chicken fillet-type padding.
"I always had my bum on my mind when I was buying clothes. I'd hate it most whenever I went on holiday and had to get into a bikini. It always looked awful, like a flat "granny" bum.
"With age and gravity it only got worse. By the time I turned 30 I'd ended up with a droopy bottom."
