AINTREE racegoers showed off their dance moves during a very boozy start to the Grand National weekend.
Getting down to the music, crowds who were dressed to impress at the racecourse in Liverpool yesterday let their hair down with friends.
Wearing a chic outfit in different shades of blue, this woman appeared dazed by the buzzing atmosphere
Despite the brisk spring conditions, ladies were spotted flashing some flesh – and a few tattoos - while they enjoyed the festivities.
As always on race-day the bars were packed and revellers were seen clutching drinks as they soaked up the atmosphere.
The excitement was all too much for one race-fan who ended up taking a tumble.
And a man was spotted tripping into a friend as she excitedly clutched a betting slip.

Aintree is famous for its crowds being as colourful as the jockeys' jerseys and fans did not fail to disappoint with vibrant dresses on display.
Known for its lively fans, the event does not have a strict dress code like Royal Ascot.
However, the guidance on its website reads: "Although there is no official dress code, smart is preferable and is often adopted.
