A MCDONALD'S fan is trying to track down a lucky ticket holder to help him split a £100,000 prize.
Maccy's Monopoly player Steven Spratt peeled off a Park Lane sticker from a burger box.
The sticker is one of a number available across the country that can be used to claim the competition jackpot.
But it needs to be submitted with with the matching Mayfair sticker - of which there are thought to be only four.
Desperate Steven said: "Someone out there must have the other half somewhere in Britain".
McDonald's Monopoly, now in its 13th year, is a month long competition dishing out prizes to Maccy's customers.
Players have to collect stickers from their food packaging.
Each have the name of a Monopoly tile — and collecting a set of matching colours secures a prize.
But the rarest are the Dark Blue tiles Park Lane and Mayfair. Only four Mayfair tiles have been issued in the UK and together they will scoop you the £100k.
You lucky burger... What are the most valuable McDonald’s Monopoly stickers and what are the prizes?
IF you want to bag one of the big prizes, you’d better get your hands on a full set from the Monopoly board.
Here are the top prizes you could get your hands on:

- Green set – a Mini Cooper, 15 available
- Yellow set - a trip for four to Universal Orlando, 20 available
- Red set - Xbox One games console, 400 available

Steven wrote on Facebook to find out where the matching Mayfair ticket is — offering to split the prize with whoever comes forward.
He wrote: "Someone out there must have the other half somewhere in Britain.
“I have a McDonald's Park Lane monopoly ticket. If someone out there has the Mayfair ticket that equals £100,000
“So let's get in touch and split the money £50,000 each.”
The plea has been shared more than 13,000 times as the public rallies round to help Steve out.
He has even offered £5,000 to the person who puts him in touch with the prize ticket holder.
Steve added: "I will also give £5,000 of my winnings to the person who finds the other ticket through a direct sharing on Facebook. Worth a try.”
McDonald's Monopoly runs until 1 May at participating restaurants.
