FANS of McDonald’s are always sent into a frenzy at the news of a new item on the menu, and the Big Brekkie Burger is no different.
The fast-food chain is well-known for their delicious breakfasts, and this option incorporates everyone’s favourite breakfast items inside a burger bun. Here's the lowdown...
What’s in the new breakfast meal?
McDonald's say that the option "starts with a warm, crisp hash brown, melting cheese, rasher bacon and a freshly cracked egg", and is finished with a beef patty.
Filled in a sesame seed bun, it is also served with a dollop of barbecue sauce.
Although it may not be a traditional breakfast, it certainly looks like a greasy treat to enjoy on the go.
It can be bought by itself, or as a meal with a drink.
Is it available in the UK?
Unfortunately, if the thought of the hefty burger is making you drool, the new menu item is only available in Australia.
It’s part of their breakfast menu, available until 10:30am, so if you’re making a trip and fancy trying it, you’ll have to schedule a visit early.
Although if you're watching your waistline, then perhaps it's a good thing if it's not easily available.
